ladspalist software package provides List LADSPA plugins for use by LADSPA UGen, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ladspalist
ladspalist is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ladspalist package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ladspalist *
You will get with ladspalist package name, version, architecture and description in a table
